A settlement has been reached between Defendant Times Internet (UK) LTD d/b/a Willow TV (“Defendant”) and Plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (the “Action”).
You may be included in this Settlement as a Settlement Class Member if you are a member of the following Settlement Class: all persons who subscribed to Willow TV, and watched pre-recorded videos on Willow.tv, between July 20, 2021, and September 22, 2023. Defendant denies that it violated any laws but has agreed to the Settlement to avoid the costs and risks associated with continuing this case.

Submit a Claim | The only way to receive a payment from this Settlement is by submitting a timely and properly completed Claim Form that obtains approval from the Settlement Administrator. The Claim Form must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. You can submit your Claim Form online here or by mailing it to the Settlement Administrator. As a Settlement Class Member, regardless of whether you submit a Claim Form, provided that you do not opt out of the Settlement, if the Settlement is approved by the Court you will give up the right to sue the Defendant in a separate lawsuit about the legal claims or factual allegations this Settlement resolves. | July 21, 2026 |
Opt Out of the Settlement | You can choose to opt out of the Settlement and receive no payment. See FAQ 13 on the FAQs page for instructions on how to opt-out.
