Exclusion Form Login

If you do not want to be part of the Settlement, you can exclude yourself. This is also called “opting out.” If you exclude yourself, you will not be eligible to receive any benefits under the Settlement. You will, however, keep any rights you may have to sue Natera on the same issues as resolved by the Settlement.

Do not file a Claim Form if you exclude yourself from the Settlement.

To exclude yourself, you must submit an Exclusion Request no later than July 21, 2026.

To start your online Exclusion Request, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. You can find your Unique ID and PIN on the Notice you received.
